Capping Valves
A remote control can be realized when connected to control systems. The design temperature range is 180°C -230°C. Metal-to-metal sealing construction assures reliable sealing performance and prevents stream leaking during cooking. Tightness class: ANSI/FCI 70.2- 2006 class V and better. The tightness will be enhanced with the rising pressure and temperature of the digester. Safety equipment: A pressure sensor is installed on the body, connectable to the locking system to prevent operation during the cooking process. The mechanical locking device is designed on the cylinder of the pneumatic actuator as a second protection against the operation.
